Partition NYS into three Autonomous Regions

If you live in Long Island under NYS legislative bill numbers  A05498 - S5416 the three regions plan.  the Montauk region is allowed to govern itself, this frees the suburbs from the control of the state, NYC and the other regions. This plan would allows each of the three regions to govern themselves.

Because we are forming regions not a new state or moving counties between states; Congress can be legally bypassed. Since Congress is unlikely, in the foreseeable future, to give the Northeast two more US Senate seats a new state would require; our  three autonomous regions method makes more sense financially and is more likely to succeed!
