You print out the petition fill the county's name on the first line and get signatures. Printed name & email is optional. You print the witness name on the first line of the witness section and witness signs below. Print out some petition sheets. Ask a few friends for help. Then make copies, and submit the original to your county's supervisors/Legislators at one of their meetings.
