An absentee ballot will only be counted as long as your the signature on the ballot's outer return envelope matches the one on file, and the ballot is placed in the smaller privacy 2nd envelope within the larger outer envelope. You will NOT be notified if it is rejected. A postage stamp is required. See other rules below.
