Partition NYS into three Autonomous Regions

If you live in Long Island under the three regions plan. The Montauk region is allowed to govern itself, this frees the suburbs from the control of the state, NYC and the other regions. This plan would allows each of the three regions to govern themselves.
Please ask your NYS Senator or a Senator near you to co-sponsor the amendment in the NYS Senate; you can use this link https://www.nysenate.gov/senators-committees to contact your Senator by clicking on their picture.  Also ask your Assembly(wo)man to co-sponsor amendment in the Assembly he/she can be contacted via https://www.nyassembly.gov/mem/

Because we are forming regions not a new state or moving counties between states; Congress can be legally bypassed. Since Congress is unlikely, in the foreseeable future, to give the Northeast two more US Senate seats a new state would require; our  three autonomous regions method makes more sense financially and is more likely to succeed!

Keeping all 4 suburban counties together creates a balance of power If you just have two counties whichever county has more people would rule.
