The bill [S3093](https://www.nysenate.gov/legislation/bills/2023/S3093) to partition New York State into three autonomous regions is still stuck in committee due to lack of support of county officials. While a few towns have passed home-rule resolutions in support, no counties have passed one! **2023 is an election year for most counties in NYS; we need you to repeatedly contact your county officials’ most officials never hear from their voters so they feel safe to do nothing! ** Below are details and a button to connect you to your county officials’’ contact information. **Keep contacting them BY EMAIL or PHONE till to you get a reply** If you do NOT ACT NOTHING WILL CHANGE. Please personalize & send the following email to your County officials so they adopt the following home-rule resolution. A link to their emails is also below.  Find your county's name on map. County names in gray print; City/town/village names in black SAMPLE EMAIL In NYS under the home rule clause, NYS Senators and Assembly(wo)men are obliged to introduce a bill if a municipality in their district passes a home rule resolution; and then sends a copy of the resolution AND the bill (Amendment) to their NY State legislators. Please adopt the following home rule resolution. The proposed amendment would partition NYS into three Autonomous Regions; the amendment text and an outline that explains it can be found at this link. It is therefore resolved: that the ______(supervisors/legislators)__ of _ (county name)__County have adopted this home-rule resolution and request our New York State legislators support 2023-24 S3093 an amendment to our New York State constitution to partition our state into completely autonomous regions; the New Amsterdam, the Montauk and the New York Regions. Each region has its own regional governor and legislature (Senate and Assembly). All regional legislatures would meet jointly as the state legislature for six weeks a year. New York State pensions remain unchanged.
